Organiser terms of service

Last updated: 16 June 2026

All Along ("we", "us", "our")

These terms govern your access to and use of the All Along platform and any related services (together, "the service") as an organiser - the person or organisation that sets up an event or community and invites people to be matched. By signing up, purchasing a plan, or using the service, you accept these terms. If you're signing up on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind that organisation.

These terms apply to organisers everywhere we operate. They sit alongside our separate attendee terms, which govern the people you invite, and our privacy policy. You should read all three.

1. The service

All Along is an introductions tool. We help the people you invite connect with each other based on the profile information each of them chooses to give us. We are not a party to, and take no part in, any conversation, meeting, relationship or transaction that results from a match.

The quality of matching depends on how many of your invited people complete their own profile - that's in your hands and theirs, not ours. We'll do our best to keep the service running reliably, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted availability, particular matches, particular outcomes, or any specific number of completed profiles or connections. We may update or improve the service from time to time.

2. Plans and what they cover

What counts as an attendee. Plans are priced by the number of invited attendees - the people you register or import into your event or community through All Along. This is based on people invited to participate, not the number who go on to complete a matching profile. If you're on the 100-attendee plan and 60 people fill in their profiles, you've used your plan as intended. Unused profile slots don't reduce the plan price or entitle you to a refund.

Free plan. Available for events with up to 49 invited attendees. Includes core matching and basic sign-up and match reports.

Paid plans. Paid plans unlock additional features, including the audience insights report. Current pricing is at all-along.com.

If your event or community grows beyond your plan's attendee limit, you'll need to upgrade before registering additional attendees.

Fair use. Plans are for your own events and community. You may not resell, white-label or sublicense access to the service without our written agreement.

3. Payment

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Plans are charged per event, or per billing period for community subscriptions, at the price shown at checkout. All prices are published in Australian dollars (AUD). Other currencies may be shown for reference; billing is in AUD unless we confirm otherwise in writing. Payment is due at the time of purchase. Access to paid features is granted once payment is confirmed.

4. Cancellations and refunds

If you're not satisfied with the service, contact us at hello@all-along.com within 14 days of purchase and we'll issue a full refund. After 14 days, refunds are at our reasonable discretion. If we suspend or materially reduce the service during your plan period through no fault of yours, we'll provide a pro-rata refund for the unused portion.

Nothing in this clause limits any mandatory rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law or equivalent consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction.

5. Your responsibilities

You're responsible for:

  • The accuracy of information you provide when setting up events or importing attendees.
  • Making sure everyone you invite agrees to our attendee terms and our privacy policy before they take part. You must not import or register anyone who has not been told their information will be used by All Along to match them with other people.
  • Obtaining all consents required under the privacy and data protection laws that apply to you and to the people you invite, including consent to share their profile information with other people through the service.
  • Your own compliance with every law that applies to you, including data protection, anti-spam, and consumer laws in your jurisdiction.
  • Keeping your login credentials secure and not sharing account access.

You must not use the service in any way that is unlawful, harmful, misleading, fraudulent, or that interferes with the platform's operation or other users.

6. Attendee conduct and meetings are not our responsibility

This is important, so please read it carefully.

All Along introduces people. We do not screen, vet, interview, background-check or verify the identity, character, statements, qualifications or intentions of anyone using the service. We are not responsible for, and have no control over, the conduct of any person - on or off the platform, online or in person, during or after your event.

You acknowledge that:

  • Any contact, communication, meeting or relationship between people introduced through the service is solely between those people and at their own risk.
  • We are not liable for the acts or omissions of any attendee or other user, including any harassment, abuse, discrimination, misrepresentation, fraud, injury, loss, emotional distress, or any other harm of any kind arising from a match or a meeting.
  • You are responsible for the safety, conduct and supervision of your own event and the people at it. If your event involves in-person meetings, you are responsible for any duty of care you owe your attendees under the laws that apply to you.

7. Data and privacy

We collect and process personal data in line with our privacy policy, available at all-along.com/privacy. For the personal data of the people you invite, you are the controller (you decide why their data is collected) and we act as your processor (we handle it to provide the service to you). We process that data only to provide the service and on your documented instructions.

EU/UK organisers. If you're processing personal data of people in the EU or UK through the service, a data processing agreement (DPA) applies between us. Contact us at hello@all-along.com to put one in place, or use the standard DPA we make available.

Access and deletion. Individuals can ask to access or delete their data. We handle these requests in line with the privacy policy, and you agree to cooperate with us when a request relates to people you invited.

8. Our content and yours

Our IP. All Along, its design, matching technology, and platform content are owned by us or licensed to us. These terms don't transfer any ownership to you.

Your data. Attendee profile data, event information, and any content you upload remain yours. You grant us a limited licence to process that data solely to provide the service. We don't use your attendee data for any other purpose. We may use aggregated and de-identified information (data that doesn't identify any person, event or organiser) to operate and improve the service.

9. Our liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • Our total liability to you for all claims arising from these terms or the service, however they arise, is limited to the total fees you have actually paid us for the plan or event giving rise to the claim. If you are on a free plan, our total liability to you is limited to AUD $100.
  • We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, special or incidental loss, loss of profit, loss of opportunity, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any loss arising from the conduct of any attendee or other user, or from events beyond our reasonable control (including third-party platform or payment outages).
  • Our only obligation, and your only remedy, for any failure of the service is, at our choice, to re-supply the service or to refund the fees you paid for it.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including (where they apply) the consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law or mandatory consumer protections in your jurisdiction. Where we are permitted by law to limit our liability for a failure to comply with such a guarantee, our liability is limited to re-supplying the service or paying the cost of having it re-supplied.

10. You indemnify us

You agree to cover us (including our reasonable legal costs) against any claim, loss or demand brought against us by anyone - including any person you invited or any third party - to the extent it arises from: your use of the service; your breach of these terms; your failure to get the consents required in clause 5; the conduct of any person you invited; or anything that happens at or because of your event. This clause survives the end of these terms.

11. Changes to the service and these terms

We may update the service or these terms at any time. For material changes, we'll give you reasonable advance notice by email or in-platform notice. Continuing to use the service after the effective date of any update means you accept the revised terms.

12. Suspending or ending access

Either party can stop using or providing the service at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you breach these terms, with or without notice depending on the severity of the breach. In the case of a breach by you, refunds are at our discretion. If we end your access without cause, we'll refund any prepaid fees for the unused portion of your plan.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Both parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria. This doesn't affect any mandatory rights you may have under the laws of your own jurisdiction.

14. General

If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. These terms, the attendee terms and the privacy policy represent the complete agreement between us on this subject and replace any prior discussions or agreements about the same matters.
